Business meetings, project deadlines, traffic delays, car problems, snowstorms and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider cancelling your German lesson. Please keep in mind that no shows or late cancellations leave us with empty appointment times as well as other students that I could not book in. In my desire to be effective and fair to all of my students, I have adopted the following policies: - 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling a private class. This allows the opportunity for someone else to book a lesson. - If you are unable to give us 24 hour notice you will be charged 100% of the lesson. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. - Arriving late: Lesson times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose lesson follow yours. Out of respect and consideration to your tutor and other students, please plan accordingly and be on time.
