Service Description

The B2.4 course is designed for students who have already progressed through the earlier stages of upper-intermediate German and are ready to refine their skills for more fluid and confident communication in both professional and academic settings. Course Details: - Duration: 8 weeks - Class Size: Maximum 10 students Course Description: B2.4 focuses on strengthening fluency, accuracy, and comprehension. With guidance from experienced native German teachers, students will refine their ability to express themselves clearly and persuasively in spoken and written German. Lessons are interactive and practical, ensuring steady progress in a supportive group setting. Learning Focus: Students will enhance their ability to engage in complex discussions, analyze diverse text types, and articulate well-structured arguments. Grammar topics include advanced subordinate clauses, indirect speech, stylistic nuances, and variations in formal and informal expressions. Topics Covered: - Developing arguments and debating complex issues - Understanding and analyzing formal and technical texts - Writing structured essays and reports - Enhancing fluency and confidence in spontaneous speech - Exploring idiomatic expressions and stylistic nuances - Improving comprehension of fast and varied speech patterns - Deepening cultural insights into German-speaking countries Materials: Course book (fee: €36; details provided after booking).

Replacement lessons, if necessary, and classes on Bank Holidays are moved take place on Friday or Saturday of the same week. We will not accept responsibility for personal injury, damage or loss of a student's property.
